Resonia, formerly Sterlite Power, is a leading private sector power transmission infrastructure developer and solutions provider. With a robust portfolio of 30 completed & flipped and under-construction projects, we’re building approximately 14,602 circuit Kms of transmission lines across India and Brazil.
We leverage innovative global technologies like helicranes and drones to enhance project completion, minimize environmental impact, and improve accuracy. Our strong local presence, deep understanding of regulations, agile execution, and collaborative partnerships with leading EPCs ensure project success, often ahead of schedule.

Pratik Agarwal
Chairman
Mr. Agarwal holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the London Business School, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He possesses 12 years of experience as a director overseeing Company management. He has held directorships at Sterlite Technologies Limited, Sterlite Ports Limited, Vizag General Cargo Berth Limited, and Speed on Network Limited. He was awarded the Economic Times CEO of the Year Award in 2022 and the Economic Times 40 under 40 Award in 2018. He is actively involved in key industry committees, including the CII and IMC Chamber of Commerce.
Arun Sharma
CEO & Whole-time Director
Mr. Sharma brings over three decades of extensive experience in the power and energy sector. His expertise encompasses nuclear power projects, combined cycle power plants, and oil and gas EPC projects. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Finance, along with certifications from ICSI and ICAI.
Anoop Seth
Non-Executive and Independent Director
Mr. Seth is an MMS from BITS Pilani and completed the Executive International Management Programme from INSEAD, France. With an illustrious career spanning 37 years in financial services and various infrastructure sectors, he has held leadership positions at companies such as AMP Capital, Bank of America, Bechtel Corp, IDFC, Reliance Industries, Standard Chartered Bank, and IL&FS Energy. He provides invaluable advice to the Board on strategy and growth.
Pooja Somani
Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director
Ms. Somani is a seasoned finance professional with nearly two decades of experience across sectors, including Metals & Mining, Power, and Auto e-commerce. She held diverse financial appointments at Vedanta Group for 18 years, covering treasury, business development, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, audit & accounting, and corporate strategy. She previously served as a director on the Board of Talwandi Saboo Power Limited and Vedanta Star Limited. Ms. Somani holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Fellow Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Nitish Hemdani
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Hemdani joined GIC’s London office in 2016, covering the European infrastructure market, before relocating to Singapore in 2021 to cover Asia. Before GIC, he worked in HSBC’s Capital Goods Advisory team, responsible for the origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions. He began his career at HSBC’s Global Transaction Banking team.
Hemant Joshi
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Joshi has over 25 years of asset management and investment banking experience in infrastructure across Asia and North America. Before joining GIC, he was a Senior Director at CLP Holdings, an Asia Pacific Utility, overseeing investments and value extraction. He has held various international positions in infrastructure at Engie, Halliburton, and the Stratum Group. Mr. Joshi is a CFA Charter holder and holds an MBA from the University of Houston, an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Mumbai.
Dhananjay Joshi
Non-Executive and Independent Director
Mr. Joshi brings over 35 years of strategic leadership experience in the telecom and infrastructure sectors. As the founding MD & CEO of Summit Digitel Infrastructure, he successfully launched and scaled the company during the pandemic, securing critical deals and championing the Digital India initiative. Earlier, he completed a 16-year tenure at Ericsson, culminating in a Vice President role overseeing major global infrastructure projects. A strong proponent of ESG and operational excellence, Mr. Joshi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications and has completed advanced leadership programs at institutions including Wharton and the London Business School.
